What is wellness coaching?

Cup Full Coaching is an opportunity to talk with a trained graduate student coach about improving your wellness. Coaches can help you set goals in any dimension of wellness: physical, emotional, financial, social, spiritual, intellectual or environmental.

What can I expect?

All sessions will start at the Women’s Resource Center and include a walk to Two Creek Café to enjoy a free café drink of your choice. You may also choose to stay at the Women’s Resource Center and enjoy a snack instead of walking to the café if you would prefer that option.
